Haskap Ice cream
This may seem obvious, but berries and ice cream are an awesome combination! Get yourself a cheap ice cream maker and throw in some Haskap berries. Seriously, do it. It's amazing!
Haskap Pie
We have a baker in our house and these berries make a great filling either on their own or mixed with other berries or tree fruits.
Haskap Jam
You won't even need to add much pectin with Haskap berries. They are also surprisingly sweet - I only add 1 cup of sugar for 6 cups of berries. It's a real hit and stores all winter. You can also combine with apples for amazing flavoured apple sauce.
